Tipper Truck battery stolen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A tipper truck, part of the District Road Improvement Project (DRIP) equipment, had its battery stolen by unknown individuals in Konongo, within the Asante Akim Central Municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DRIP equipment had been parked at the Asante Akim Central Municipal Assembly premises while authorities awaited the completion of training for the machine operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During a routine test on Thursday, officials discovered that the tipper truck\u2019s battery was missing, shocking Assembly officials who have since reported the theft to the police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Municipal Chief Executive for Asante Akim Central, Robert Yaw Kwaakye, condemned the incident, stating that such actions could undermine the government\u2019s efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also mentioned that the Assembly would intensify its surveillance to ensure the safety of the equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police in Konongo have begun an
