The winning presidential candidate of the United States election,\u00a0Donald Trump<\/a>, has said that many people around him have told him that his life was spared by God for a reason\u2014specifically, to become President of the U.S. again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking at West Palm Beach, Florida, during his victory speech, the 47th president, who has yet to be sworn into office after what many have called a historic comeback in America’s history, said, \u201cMany people have told me that God spared my life for a reason.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He continued, explaining that the reason was to \u201csave our country and restore America to greatness. And now we\u2019re going to fulfil that mission together.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donald Trump acknowledged that the task ahead would not be easy, but he promised, \u201cI will bring every ounce of energy, spirit, and fight that I have in my soul to the job you have entrusted me with,\u201d adding, \u201cThis is a great job; this is the most important job in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump has faced multiple threats to his life before this election. Recently, he survived a close call when a bullet grazed his ear at a campaign rally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump also stated that he is determined to make America great again. He promised to improve America\u2019s healthcare, immigration system, economy, and international relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He emphasized his commitment to cutting taxes and making America attractive once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“America has given us an unprecedented and powerful mandate,” he said to jubilant supporters as he declared a “magnificent victory”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just before Trump spoke, Fox News projected that he’d won the election; other US TV networks are yet to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
